The Afghan National Organization for Career and Educational Development (ANOCED), founded in 2017, is a non-governmental organization with a multifaceted mission. ANOCED is dedicated to promoting education, capacity building, and women's empowerment, as well as health, agriculture, livelihood, and social services in communities across Afghanistan. The organization is driven by a commitment to creating sustainable change through non-formal and community-based education initiatives that prioritize the needs of marginalized and vulnerable populations, with a particular focus on empowering women.
