1. Education Access: ANOCED aims to increase access to quality education for marginalized communities, especially women. This includes providing formal and non-formal educational opportunities to underserved populations.

2. Women's Empowerment: ANOCED is committed to empowering women through education, leadership development, and capacity building. They seek to enhance women's roles as agents of change in their communities.

3. Gender Equality Advocacy: ANOCED's strategic objective includes advocating for women's rights and gender equality, both within their programs and through broader awareness-raising efforts.
