Vision

To create a future where education is accessible to all, women are empowered as leaders, and gender equality is a reality in Afghan communities. They strive to build a society that values education, equality, and holistic community development.

Mission

To promote education and capacity building, with a particular focus on women's empowerment, in Afghan communities. They are dedicated to creating sustainable change through non-formal and community-based education initiatives, with a specific emphasis on marginalized and vulnerable populations, especially women. ANOCED seeks to provide access to quality education and the resources needed for individuals to succeed in their personal and professional lives, while also focusing on capacity building to foster leadership and positive change in communities.
